To book this tour, you are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers the specific activities and destination involved. If you do not currently have this, you will need to provide proof of coverage before the workshop / tour begins. We request insurer name, policy number and expiry date.
Many of Capture Beyond’s workshops and tours require some flexibility regarding food. This may be due to the use of locally sourced ingredients in remote areas or limitations related to the local cuisine and culture.
* I understand that flexibility with meals is necessary, as food is prepared for the group with a set menu rather than à la carte options. Accommodating individual preferences may not always be possible
